We review each client individually and never assume a particular product or service would be suitable for you. After we have fully reviewed your situation, we aim to discuss all the information with you, including your plans for the future.
We are very skilled in listening to a client's current situation and what the client would like to achieve (financially, career based, investments etc).
Once we have all the information we need from each client, we will look at solutions we believe are possible. The solution we believe possible is double checked and discussed in full with our clients. The full discussion will include highlighting fees (if necessary), timescales and affects to a client's credit file (if necessary). If we are suggesting a formal solution, such as a IVA, then everything is checked again by the regulated professional (Insolvency Practioner) before any solution is confirmed and legal agreements put in place.
Once we have discussed the solution with the, sometimes, various professionals we will then present the client with the RIGHT solution not only for now, but a solution that will enable clients to achieve future goals and plans.
We will then manage the total solution for each of our clients. We review our clients as and when circumstances to our clients change or at various stages throughout the total solution, depending on each client's individual solution / action plan. If we are recommending that you work with our regulated Professionals, then DPSP will also ensure that all our professionals carry out what they confirm is possible for our clients. We pay particular attention to managing everything to work in the order and in the timely fashion the client needs it to all happen, thus ensuring the clients path to a better future.
Although we are a profit organisation, we will not offer a solution based on profit. In fact in some cases, if we do not offer the best solution for a client, we would recommend other companies who we are not contracted to work with to ensure the client is given the best advice when dealing with their debts.
We will not allow our professionals to put clients into a Debt Management Plan that you will be paying for YEARS and YEARS; we will manage our professionals to ensure our clients both understand how to best handle their debts and get in control of their finances ASAP.
